About the Institute
Science in service of clean water for humanity
Living Waters Global Research Institute is a global research and educational organization committed to solving water challenges through scientific discovery, innovation, and sustainable technologies.

Our mission
Understanding water. Sharing it fairly.
Water is the most studied and least equally distributed resource on Earth. Our institute exists to close that gap: to research the physics, chemistry and biology of water, to engineer technologies that make it safe and available, and to educate the scientists and policymakers who will steward it for generations.
We operate laboratories, field stations and an accredited educational program, with research governed by an independent scientific advisory council and published under open-access principles.
